Instructions for use

For thorough cleaning, use a pea-sized amount of Meridol Safe Breath toothpaste. Dispense the paste onto the nubs and spread it on your tongue. Rotate the tongue cleaner and gently scrape the tongue coating from back to front using the scraping edge. Rinse briefly with water.
