Refund policy
At Easyway, your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy. In the following cases, we will refund the purchase price or offer a free replacement.

1. Damaged or defective products
Should an item arrive damaged or defective, we take full responsibility. In this case, you will receive either a refund or – upon request – a replacement product. Please contact our customer service within seven days of delivery and, if possible, send us photos for documentation.
2. Incorrectly delivered items
If you have received a product that does not match your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), we offer a hassle-free refund or a quick exchange for the correct item. Again, we kindly ask that you notify us within seven days and send a photo of the delivered product for easier processing.
